Honest ministry?

To find one’s self-engaged in ministry does have its disadvantages. But doesn’t the reality of life itself have disadvantages? Often ministry is equated to sacrifice, wherein you’d lose rather than gain. Have you ever joined an outreach or ministry with great enthusiasm? But after a week or when the stress begins to accumulate and your life gets a little too complicated for personal comfort, that ministry or position doesn’t seem worth it? Then, you find yourself making excuses on how you can back out? I think this can be said for many of us. Sad but true, we generally look out for our life’s best interest. The mindset of receiving blessings from God is in our best interests but when we need to sacrifice (lose) more than comfort; there is a prospective change on behalf of self-preservation.

SKITZ UNLIMITED: "The Worship Skit"

A short skit with Anthony Stanyer, Jigz Dapat, and Ludy Gel Bañez.

In John 4 Jesus is talking to a woman who is confused about worship. In their conversation, Jesus equated worship with water. Water is vital to our existence. We can survive only a few days without it. If water is so important to life, so is spiritual water to our souls.

Some individuals attend church each week looking for the glass of spiritual water that is worship and return home never having really worshiped.
